Straw-coloured white wine obtained from a blend of 70% Favorita and 30% Chardonnay grapes and subjected to natural fermentation.
To be combined with fish and white meat meals.
The name comes from my son Alberto, to whom I have chosen to dedicate this wine.
Ideal serving temperature: 8°C.
