Barbera d'Asti DOCG

Tasting Notes

A wine with a ruby red colour and a characteristic fragrance of violet.

The taste is dry, full-bodied, with a marked acidity due mainly to the land in which it grows. It is in fact produced in the vineyards of Calosso, known for its dark soil.

To be combined with game.

Ideal serving temperature: 18°C.
