A red wine made from Dolcetto grapes with a vinous aroma and a slight hint of violet and a dry, slightly soft flavour.

These grapes come from a vineyard in Calosso, and are fermented in autoclave.

To be combined with game.

Ideal serving temperature: 18°C.
